Self-hosting example triggered a handful of medium-severity vulnerabilities:

  • Removed "X-Powered-By" header from express app
  • Added basic rate limiting logic for express GET routes using express-limit
  • Sanitized file paths in download-assets.js to prevent "path traversal" vulns
