This commit fixes the typo in the commit message!

Since this is a bug in hsc2hs, inline-c and/or Template Haskell, it might take some time for it to be addressed. In the meantime, this is an ugly hack to get clang-pure to reference the generated .c file under Windows.

This is a temporary hack to work around the invalid output paths generated by
inline-c on Windows platforms: when hsc2hs and inline-c are used
together in the same source file under Windows, Template Haskell yields
source file names with all backslashes removed.
