Linux: Resizing window does not resize the browser

Steps:

• Open simple/detailed test on linux machine
• Resize window
• Notice that browser is not resized

CEF Version: 95.7.14+g9f72f35+chromium-95.0.4638.69, OS: Linux Mint 20.3, Cinnamon

Bug reproduces on both simple and detailed examples.

Make the following changes:

Found the same problem with cef_binary_102.0.10+gf249b2e+chromium-102.0.5005.115_linux64_client on ubuntu 20.04.

I can add that if starting page “pops-out” another window the second one redraws ok.

Enabling osr makes also “first” window work correctly. I’ve yet to try the proposed patch.

Had the same issue on Mint 20.2 (based on Ubuntu 20.04) and patching [native/util_linux.cpp] by adding XFlush(xdisplay); solved the issue.

Enabling OSR when creating CefApp instance also helps, but in that case (without the native code patch) window resizing produces very ugly black flicker as browser client UI is being repainted.
