In install part eksctl create -f eksctl.yaml needs to be changes to eksctl create cluster -f eksctl.yaml.

Looking at the instructions, it seems like we should update the requirements section with information on eksctl and its version as well.

is this something you can send a fix for? if not, we will pick it up, but a PR will be also much appreciated.
