Add applicationSet-controller logs to the package

Can we add logs from argo-cd-applicationset-controller

@lrochette I do not understand this request. We collect the logs for All Containers from every pod.

I just ran the script and I see logs for the application set controller.

Please note that end user can set the Log Level for ArgoCD components. The default is info. If they have it to a different level then logs may not show up since its at a different level.

We do indeed collect the logs.I think it is better instead of dumping them in the same folder as YAML to have subfolders

• logs -> Only log files
• yaml -> Only yaml file

Now everything is in the same folder (Pods) which is difficult to view

This has been fix in #29 with version 5.2.0
