supervisor: document thread safeness

supervisor package requires godoc to note which methods are safe for concurrent use and which are not. The package requires the user the read the code in order to obtain this information which is often tedious and error-prone.

Closing this as 1.0 has been released. The documentation and design docs are much better than the previous containerd codebase.
