NuGet admin delegation?

This issue is created when I read #1816 (comment) - the NuGet package couldn't be published because

There is a prefix reservation for coverlet by one of the other owners

Seeing that 3 out of 5 maintainers are inactive:

maybe it would make sense to delegate the NuGet administration to the active maintainers or to give publish permissions to a release pipeline in GitHub?

I think you should reach out to the .NET Foundation. If you’re unable to get in touch with Toredno, Petli, or Marco Rossignoli for nuget access. But this should be done by dave / bertk
