Wrong OS Version reported on Windows 11

Thank you for this wonderful package (and all your other packages)!

I'm on Windows 11 Professional and but shinybrowser::get_os_version() returns '10'.

This is happening both in my Shiny app as well as the shinybrowser demo.

Nothing urgent, but any suggestions would be appreciated.
