其实是改了一下对置顶微博的判断条件：如果当前page = 1，允许查看最多2个日期靠前的微博。
由于当前 weibo.cn 对于置顶微博的元素设置不正确，导致我们现存的判断函数出错。
说起来这其实是 weibo.cn 的 bug lol
