Make graphviz optional

The new ERD relies on graphviz.  Graphviz requires extra setup steps that cannot be installed via pip.  Let's make datajoint work without graphviz.  If the user attempts to plot the ERD and graphviz is missing, datajoint will provide configuration instructions.
