Need to add opportunity to hide button `hide all notifications`

By default hide all button is showed as a first notification. It's annoying a bit because there is no ability to hide it without overriding styles

Hi @serhiiminin thanks for opening the issue. I'll add another prop to allow you to not have the Close All button show. I'll try and get this done for you over the next couple of days, ive just a bunch of other things on atm.
