We had a pretty inconsistent rendering of blocks, text, etc. Consistently remove all padding and borders everywhere, just keep the text.
Also introduce a timer-based person/head render so it only appeas after half a second of quiet. This avoids noisy heads mixed up with actual responses. Also, while "typing" is active, we should not render the input head.
