@tannergooding These are all boilerplate right now. The reason they are no longer recognized is because these documents don't have an **Owner** marker. Since I'm not entirely sure what the intention was I left them as-is.

The intent is to fill these in after our meeting Wednesday, once we've gone over the initial MVP
