The Remarks of Vector.CopyTo are badly formatted. Moreover, formula should be corrected: no -1 is required (easiest way to check: use 0 as startIndex).

Thanks for correcting the formatting and the inaccuracy in the number of elements, @pkulikov. I suspect that the original text confused elements and indexes. I'll merge your PR now.
