Arcade doesn't directly support the scenario where a project's NuGet package version doesn't exactly match the assembly version, which is necessary for FSharp.Core (e.g.,
FSharp.Core.nupkgversion4.5.5should containFSharp.Core.dllversion4.5.0). The fix is to move package creation to a meta-project that has a different version.
