Provides a nice-to-read description of what the regex is doing operation by operation. Also cleans up how the RegexOptions is formatted in the text.

nit recur -> recurse

nit recur -> recurse

My first CS professor in college drilled into me that "recur" is to process recursively whereas "recurse" is to swear again.
