Tagging subscribers to this area: @dotnet/area-extensions-configuration Issue DetailsThis PR adds library and package readme for 4 configuration packages and updates 2 existing readmes to work as package readme. I'm adding examples where i could come up with short and useful example code. Note: I'm using the absolute Github link to contribution bar, because the same readme is used both for library readme and package readme. Relative Github link won't work wheh it will be rendered on NuGet gallery.
