@AaronRobinsonMSFT, there is a failure in f# test related to dotnet/runtime@dfedca1:

    Microsoft.NET.Build.Tests.GivenThatWeWantToUseAnalyzers.It_resolves_analyzers_correctly(language: "F#", testAssetName: "AppWithLibraryFS") [FAIL]
      Expected collection {empty} to be equivalent to {(microsoft.netcore.app.ref, , analyzers/dotnet/Microsoft.Interop.LibraryImportGenerator.dll), (microsoft.netcore.app.ref, , analyzers/dotnet/Microsoft.Interop.SourceGeneration.dll)}, but it misses {(microsoft.netcore.app.ref, , analyzers/dotnet/Microsoft.Interop.LibraryImportGenerator.dll), (microsoft.netcore.app.ref, , analyzers/dotnet/Microsoft.Interop.SourceGeneration.dll)}.

could you fix the expected value?

@kasperk81 The needed changes are in #25596. I will port them over.

Required SDK test updates for when dotnet/runtime changes in dotnet/runtime#69680 flow to SDK.
