@dotnet/arcade-contrib Could you take a look at the failures here?

@dotnet/domestic-cat I unblock the build by disabling CPM in the test templates, or do we have a better way?

Source-Build failure seems to be related to dotnet/runtime#98476 (comment).
dotnet/source-build#4117 should be able to address this according to dotnet/templating#7594 (comment). I will let the team know
