This PR adds support for the new release/10.0.1xx branch into the automated merge flow configuration. The change updates the interbranch codeflow to include the new 10.0.1xx release branch in the merge chain between the existing 9.0.3xx branch and main.

release/9.0.3xxto flow intorelease/10.0.1xxinstead of directly to main - Added a new entry for
release/10.0.1xxbranch configuration - Updated comments to reflect the new merge flow structure
