Remove LLVM from source-build

After the changes in dotnet/runtime#76206 are merged, the following source-build changes are needed:

• Remove the llvm version.details.xml entry from dotnet/installer
• Remove the 2 llvm source-build patches
• Remove the llvm repo project and all cooresponding RepositoryReference entries
