Provide alternative installation options

Please, could you document alternative installation options for people not running flatpak ?

Unless I'm mistaken, such commands should in principle work, provided meson and ninja are installed:

meson setup --wipe --prefix=$HOME/.local builddir/
ninja -C builddir install

I haven't tested it yet, so please forgive any inaccuracy

Not sure this is linked to the way i was installed, but then I think there's something wrong with the settings dir:

Instead of what I'd expect to be $HOME/.config/simple-wireplumber-gui/, the dir seems to be $HOME/.config/.config/simple-wireplumber-gui/ :-/
