Ellipsized button label text due to insufficient default window size's width

This is really a minor detail, but when you launch the app, with GNOME 48's default fonts at 1.00 scaling, you get something like this:

It would be preferable to either disable ellipsizing on those labels (if that doesn't break adaptiveness) or to at least size the default width to be wider by default:

This might be even more pronounced in verbose languages like German or French...

Additionally, one way to save a lot of space might be to forego the "Nodes" words, i.e. name the two last buttons "Outputs" and "Inputs".
