Bluetooth devices not added to the list when they are connected after the app is launched #27
Description
To reproduce, with the flatpak version from Flathub on GNOME 48:
- Launch Simple WirePlumber GUI
- Turn Bluetooth back on (in GNOME Shell's quick settings GUI) and let your Bluetooth speaker/headsets reconnect to the computer
Result: they don't show up in Simple WirePlumber GUI until you close and re-launch the app.
