Reboot Doesn't Apply Changes - Linux Mint 22.2, wireplumber 0.4.17

I have rebooted 3 or 4 times but Simple Wireplumber GUI continues to say:

Waiting reboot
You need to reboot your system to apply these changes.

Same here. Had to regress to 0.1.4 to get it working again. It looks like da054b2 completely removed wireplumber 0.4 support in favor of 0.5's new config structure.

Here's how I downgraded since flatpak doesn't make that easy for some reason. Once the distros (or the users) upgrade to wireplumber 0.5, then the upgrade to 0.2.x should just work. If I have some free time I might open a PR to re-add 0.4 support.
