CiteMe (https://citeme.app) is an AI-powered academic citation generator that searches 11+ databases (OpenAlex, PubMed, Semantic Scholar, CrossRef, SciELO, etc.) and formats references in 40+ citation styles including BibTeX. Useful for LaTeX users building .bib files. Available as web app, Chrome extension, Google Docs add-on, and Word add-in. Added to the Bibliography tools section.

I don't see how this is awesome:

  • bibtex export is a paid feature only
  • formatting citations is a solved problem with bibtex, if you ask me
  • searching for papers might be nice, but there are enough other services out there that will do that as well

Also, please read the contribution guidelines: Self-promotion can be okay, but only if you clearly state your involvement.

So I'll pass on this for now. All the best of luck with CiteMe, however :-)
