We don't implement this function and probably never will. Removing this helps with a libcxx update I'm working. libcxx recently started detecting `sendfile` via the precence of this file: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/b1140554e1b29f21b0d3657ce0700fa1726646ed/libcxx/src/filesystem/operations.cpp#L34-L36
