This uses data (XML) provided via Neuroptikon which does not unfortunately generate vector graphics for publication. This code is licensed according to the license in LICENSE.janelia.txt. Everything else is MIT Licensed.

Note this is all done in matplotlib, so you can tweak aspect ratio, exact placement, etc. Pull requests welcome!
