I have completed initial translation of expressjs.com in Korean and now you can access via expressjs.kr

I believe it will help many Korean developers access express easier.

For that reason, I’d like to include the path within readme file so that Korean developers who visit express repository will get to know this news.

If this gets reflected in readme, Korean developers can access Korean-translated Express Official site by selecting [Kor, repo] next to Website and Documentation of express repository.

Sounds good to me. Do you want to make a commit on a branch that adds the link under https://github.com/visionmedia/express#more-information or where ever you were thinking? I would, but I think the link's text should also be in Korean :)
