Update with the latest Jest version

I'm experiencing an issue in jest@20.x (which react-scripts@1.1.4 pins to) that disappears with jest@23.5.0. Can you publish a version of react-scripts that pulls in the latest Jest? Thanks!

It would also useful for users who use typescript and ts-jest, because ts-jest is currently 23.1.3 and need jest version to be aligned in order to work properly (see kulshekhar/ts-jest#682 for more background)

There is a lot of PR trying to update Jest :

• Fix: remove error about localStorage security #4890
• Update jest version #4846
• Jest 23 and tests #4550

I don't know why none is merged. All current PR fail because tests are broken
