In this PR:
We are expanding the Flare native token to hyperevm and hypercore.
The mesh will look like:
HyperEVM
OFTFeeUpgradeable
Composer
Flare
NativeOFTAdapterUpgradeable (no fee, they will upgrade to fee at a later time)
Hypercore deployment is also complete.
