docs: translate documents to ko_KR 
- Created ko_KR directory for Korean translations

- Translated .md and .html files into Korean

- Updated links from en to ko when Korean content is available
  - intentionally retained original links: chunked transfer encoding, XMLHttpRequest.responseType
