Move docs to deptry.com

Description of changes

I propose we migrate the documentation to deptry.com. By changing the repository settings, Github created this commit. This will be overwritten the next time we deploy the documentation, so we need to add the CNAME file to the docs directory. In addition, I updated the URL's in various locations in the repo.
