Install vagrant-hostsupdater plugin

Add installation of this vagrant plugin (https://github.com/cogitatio/vagrant-hostsupdater) to make it simpler to set hosts for vagrant configurations.

Meh, on second thought, I don't want it in my default install. After a few weeks using hostsupdater, I've decided it's more annoying than just manually managing /etc/hosts as usual.
