[FEATURE REQUEST] Add Valibot Validation

Thank you for the amazing tool!

I'm planning to introduce Convex to my team, and since my team is already using Valibot as an existing validation tool, I'm looking for ways to integrate it with Convex.

Would it be possible to add Valibot Validation similarly to Zod Validation?

If you want to take a crack at duplicating zod.ts and dropping in the associated valibot types & validators, go for it! PRs welcome, but I'm unlikely to pick this up soon unfortunately.
