Set a budget and try to pay again with a value greater than set budget, the option "remember and set a budget" still appears

Describe the bug

If I set a budget and then I try to pay again with a value greater than I set, the option remember and set a budget still appear.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://makers.bolt.fun/donate
2. Choose 50 sats and click on make a donation.
3. Enable remember and set a budget option with amount 100 sats, then Pay Now.
4. Refresh the page and now choose to donate 500 sats and click on Make a donation button.

Expected behavior

1. If I set the budget to 100 sats, I should be warned if I try to pay an amount higher than 100 sats.
   A message like: "You set a budget of 100 sats to this website. You are trying to pay 500 sats. Do you want to pay anyway?"
2. Instead of show "remember and set a budget" again, should show the actual budget, the remaining amount and an option to edit it.
