Yeah we can write something up for the next release. Thing is, some of these changes were already released in previous versions but this one will contain the most of them at once. I'll open a PR with a note to the changelog. |

As suggested in #17613 (review), this PR adds a note to the changelog about #17212. Decided to put the individual PRs into a `<details>` element because the list is really long and 99% not relevant for users.
