3. Click Configure next to GitHub
4. Observe you are unable to select an organization

Selecting Organization from the dropdown.

Hey, thanks for the report. Unfortunately, it's not an issue on Sentry's side.

Github has feature tiering for orgs and organization-wide login is gated. Can you check if your org is on a paid plan?
