Jira Integration Problem #99590

self-hosted (https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/)
Steps to Reproduce
Trying to setup jira integration between jira cloud and our selfhosted sentry, (the selfhosted sentry is using 'organization' )
1 setup on jira side done
2 setup on the selfhosted sentry loop at the 'Finish integration installation':
A) I select my sentry organization. and after i press 'Install JIra' button
I see a message Failed to retrieve integration details and in the sentry log i see:
`[WARNING] sentry.integrations.utils.scope: Can't bind org context - no orgs are associated with integration id=3
The same is show to me again, .....
Expected Result
The installation finish.
