Currently our artifact uploads fail if there is an error during upload, for example if a file symlink doesn't exist (which we've seen occur during a failed analysis). This option should allow us to continue the upload.
Note that there seems to be a bug with the option, as it should be set to a default value of
true, and it has been reported separately in actions/toolkit#1496. Nevertheless, it doesn't hurt to set its value explicitly here.Merge / deployment checklist
