CI has been added to run pytests.
parsnipshould be as portable as is reasonably possible, so the test matrix runs on Python versions 3.9 and later. The current implementation ofparsnipis not compatible with python 3.8 or earlier (at least according to local testing with act), so this seems like a reasonable limit.Once the repo is public, I will update the test matrix to include a smaller subset of versions on Mac and Windows
