What this PR does / why we need it:
add new integration for dragonfly using ai. The integration was genearted using a new skill [mixin-integration])
Adds a Grafana Cloud Connections integration for Dragonfly (Redis-compatible in-memory store). Generated with the [mixin-integration] skill from ai-kit.
jsonnet-libs: Mixin with 2 dashboards (Overview, Cluster Overview), 4 alerts (memory, connected clients, keyspace hit rate), and configurable thresholds.
cloud-onboarding: Integration metadata, agent config (static + Kubernetes ServiceMonitor), docs, snippets, and Alloy support for Connections UI.
Provides a full e2e integration for Dragonfly in Grafana Cloud Connections.
