[Bug] "Cannot GET /" on Drawing Demo

The Minimal Example works fine, but when trying to run the drawing demo, I'm getting:

Cannot GET /

You need to access the application at the below url based on 'wasm' or 'webgl' backend:

Similarly, a separate HTML file is generated for each backend. E.g. https://localhost:8090/tfjs_webgl_draw.html
