Search Box: `Search titles…` on Submission Page missing in Logout View

There is a search box with Search titles… on the submission page. Here is the link to the VizChitra Proposal Submission page - https://hasgeek.com/VizChitra/2025/sub

This search box is missing in the logout view - which means normal visitors, mostly without an account cannot search for proposal (They can do CTRl/CMD-F, but many will just scroll and hunt). Maybe a css fix?
