The paper describes the administration policies supported by the MultiPolicy Authorization System (MPAS). Several administration policies are supported including centralized administration, decentralized administration with delegation and transfer, and joint administration. The paper first presents an overview of the MPAS architecture and then discusses the various administration policies and formalize some aspects of the proposed administration model.
