Basic example stack

This is a simple docker-compose stack that run in a single step scaphandre along preconfigured instances of prometheus and grafana. resolve #53

Things that should be done before merging:

• improve the dashboard (is there somewhere an example of a full featured dashboard, to get started ?)
• filter out processes : as this stack will typically be used in a end-user workstation / laptop, monitoring and plotting all processes would be overwhelming
• update corresponding documentation

I improved the dashboard a bit, but there is still room for improvement !
