ENVIRONMENT' is not recognized as an internal or external command

I have followed all the steps correct, but when i enter ' Botonic Serve' , i get this error : 'ENVIRONMENT' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
child process exited with code 1

I am using windows , so all the steps from the code i do them from command prompt

I had a problem with the build and start script in the package.json when running my Bot locally.
It did not recognize the "ENVIRONMENT" commands
Gemini helped me solve it by updating the package.json

Just edit your file and change the script lines below

"build": "rspack build --env target=all --mode=production",
"start": "rspack serve --env target=dev --mode=development",

Use the command to set the startup locally, as Botonic will be looking for it:
set ENVIRONMENT=local

rerun your installation with

> npm start

Node.js takes care of the rest

using cross-env is a better option since it supports windows and linux

"build": "cross-env ENVIRONMENT=production NODE_ENV=production rspack build --env target=all --mode=production",
"start": "cross-env ENVIRONMENT=local NODE_ENV=development rspack serve --env target=dev --mode=development",

trying to figure out how can i implement it in the code so that the project comes with cross env directly installed
