Problem
Indexing the Hypermap is already painful with free RPCs, and will become impossible as it grows in size. We need to provide checkpoints for new apps and nodes to index from.
Solution
Add
hypermap-cacher:sys, which records all events from the Hypermap. It syncs in a free RPC-friendly way. It optionally exposes events over the Hypernet and over HTTP.Testing
