It might be desirable to use Ratchet with application layouts. However, there are a few pieces of EEx in Phoenix layouts. Perhaps a plug could be used in the app's pipeline to make sure this data is filled in for the user. If that was the case, extra care would need to be taken to ensure it's not thrown away when data is set up in the controller... 🤔
