Add server-side page fragment composition for header, content, and footer - Implemented fragment services for header, content, and footer sections. - Created a composition controller to assemble the page from fragments. - Added Thymeleaf template to render the composed page. - Set up project with basic Spring Boot structure for page composition.

- The pattern example should be implemented as a submodule of the parent pom.xml
